What's New - Winter 2023

We are always working on great things at Event Caddy to help make your events as successful as possible! With that, we are always releasing updates that include bug fixes, feature enhancements and sometimes a new feature to help bring your event to the next level. Please see below for all the updates for December 2023:

• Transaction Errors: A fix released to solve the rare issue where guests were registering for events, transaction processed/funds were exchanged, but in Event Caddy the invoice was empty – meaning the players didn’t show up nor did it recognize inventory being purchased. This fix will resolve any issues moving forward.

• Tournament Settings/Holes/Groups: A fix released to solve the issue of organizers changing tournament settings (Number of Holes, Groups per Hole) – and when attempting to save it would cause an error. This has been resolved.

• Event Caddy App: Version 1.0.4 was released – and this will give the ability to all players using the app for auctions to view complete bidding history for an item. This fixes the issue where they could only see their own bids, even if they were outbid etc.
