What’s New – Fall 2025

The months of October - December, 2025 were spent working mostly on some big new features that will be available in the coming months (more on those in future updates). That said, we also found the time to implement a number of “quality of life” improvements on the system.

For example, we streamlined the process by which payments are handled, making it faster and more reliable. We also made it possible to switch between paying by check, cash and credit card without having to re-initiate the transaction, and we updated some Invoices and Receipts.

We also made improvements to some reports on the system. For example, at the behest of several customers we added the Starting and Winning bids to the Auction Winners report, and we made that report exportable to CSV. Furthermore, we modified how the “Include this Sponsor in Finance Report” functionality works to make it less confusing for Tournament Organizers.

We limited image uploads on the system to specific image filetypes to avoid confusion for our users, and we added additional validation for email addresses to avoid downstream issues.

Finally, we changed how the display of maps works on Tournament websites to make them more reliable.
