A Guide for Players using the mobile website

This easy to use mobil website will help enhance your tournament experience for all golfers! You can instruct your golfers to use the browser on their phone and go to https://play.eventcaddy.com - but if you have Live Scoring set up, they will get an email 3 days before your event with more information.

The way your players will log in to the mobile website is with the phone number attached to the player / used when they registered. To eliminate confusion, you can instruct your golfers to get you names/contact info well in advance for you to add or edit - or they can edit this themselves via your tournament website. In the menu, there is an option "Manage Order" where all they need is the receipt number and email used when registering. If a player comes up to you the day of - you can easily add their phone number with the app with the Player Manager feature.

ACTIVITY FEED

  • Players can now post images and send messages to the rest of the field.

AUCTION**

  • Players can now view and bid on your auction items (if enabled).

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

  • Your schedule of events will appear on the mobile website as well.

  • A great tool to use if there are any changes regarding schedule times and/or locations.

LIVE SCORING**

  • Players can now use the mobile website for live scoring, and to easily view the live leaderboard for the entire field.
