Event Caddy Mobile for Organizers

Guide for Organizers using the mobile website

This easy to use mobile website will help enhance your tournament experience for organizers AND their golfers!

How do you login? Easy! Just use the same credentials you would use when logging in to edit your event. This will automatically take you to the most recently created tournament.  You can login from any browser on your phone or computer at https://play.eventcaddy.com

What can organizers do with the mobile website? (**- Features included with PRO)

PLAYER MANAGER

  • You can now check in players as they arrive

  • You can see the players starting hole

  • Teams change player names last minute? You can edit players and their information live right on your phone!

  • If players are having issues logging in to the website - you can add/edit their phone number via the Player Manager

  • Select their name to see who their team members are

ACTIVITY FEED

  • You can now send messages and images to all players via the mobile website

  • Changes in plans, weather delays? Send a message!

  • Players can also send messages, but you as the organizer have the ability to delete messages if anyone is up to no good.

AUCTION**

  • You can also use the mobile website to add items to your auction, upload images and set bidding settings.

  • Need to change bidding times/settings? You can edit your items via the mobile website as well.

  • When the auction is live, use the mobile website to keep an eye on bidding, bidding history and auction winners.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

  • You can add to or edit your schedule of events for the day.

  • Dinner delayed? You can change your schedule to reflect any updates.

  • This will also mirror what you have already set up on the admin site under My Event -> Event Setup & Settings -> Event Schedule.

LIVE SCORING**

  • Your players can use the mobile website to using Live Scoring.

  • You as the organizer will have access to the Live Leaderboard, and a list of teams and their players.

  • Need to add or edit scores on behalf of golfers? You can do that by clicking the team on your leaderboard within the mobile website.
